Free Shipping – we are happy to provide free shipping for our kids Cubby Houses, Swing sets, climbing frames, inflatables, PlayMats and Rid on Toys within Australia
An additional option is to arrange your own specific delivery day of your Cubby House, swing set or playset to be delivered to your home.
Assembly of the Cubby Houses, swing sets and playsets is available for additional fees.
All of our kids Cubby Houses, swing sets and playsets are shipped from our warehouse typically in 3-7 business days (Monday through Saturday), after receiving cleared payment.
Specific delivery times will vary and customers will be contacted directly about the shipment. Customers are encouraged to inquire about shipment and delivery options before placing an order. Please check the product site for an indication of the delivery time. Shopping Troy offers refunds if delivery times and conditions are not acceptable for the customer, prior to the shipment of the playhouse, swing set or playset leaving our warehouse.
It is required that the responsible person to receive the order is noted on the order form along with the correct email and phone contact information, and that this individual is available to receive and return any written and verbal correspondence.
It is essential that the responsible person be available and engage in correspondence with the Shopping Troy representatives and/or the Warehouse Logistics Team once the playhouses, ride on toys or playset has been shipped to establish a delivery time to the provided destination as well as have the necessary equipment to support this delivery.
Please make sure your package has sustained no damage in transit and that your order was processed according to your specifications upon product receipt. For visibly damaged orders, you have two options:
Option 1 Refuse the order. If you refuse the order write, “Damaged” on the delivery receipt or BOL (Bill of Lading), take pictures and contact Shopping Troy promptly for a replacement playhouse, Rid on toys or play set and other shopping troy products.
Option 2 Accept the order. If you accept the order write, “Damaged” on the delivery receipt or BOL (Bill of Lading), take pictures and contact Shopping Troy promptly for replacement or missing parts.
Once the item is available for delivery, the customer must make the necessary arrangements to take receipt of the product within three days from the initial contact. Following this three-day grace period, the customer will not be subject to any actual shipping and storage costs as well as logistic and subsequent handling fees that incur as the product is otherwise retained in a warehouse.
The delivery service provided is the transport of the playhouse, Rid on toy or playset from the truck to the curb, loading dock, parking lot, driveway or to a location where the carrier can safely and legally back up according to the driver’s discretion. You will be responsible for unloading the items directly from the truck. Please ensure that you have the proper equipment and people available to assist in moving the product inside a building such as, but not limited to, a garage, house or business or onto a prepared outdoor space.
In the case of an attempted delivery with the inability to receive the purchased playhouse, swing set or playset or any item at the designated time, the customer will be subject to all fees, including but not limited to, handling and shipping as well as assume all risks for any damages to the product or lost shipment after the initial attempted delivery whereas Whole Wood Cabins will assume such risks when the first shipment is initiated to the client.
For residential deliveries the estimated delivery date is the day which the delivering terminal receives the shipment. Once the shipment is received delivery personnel will call to schedule a delivery appointment with the consignee/recipient.
Shopping Troy keeps the right to charge extra fees for deliveries in case of high shipping cost due to change in buyers delivery location.
Delays in shipping that are beyond our control are not subject to cancellation, refunds or discounts without the approval of Shopping Troy.
Due to the fact that we use third parties as our delivery partners, over whom we have no full control, Shopping Troy LLC will expect buyer to be patient with any delay may occur in some delivery as delivery is handled at the end of the delivery partner .
