This was probably one of the best purchases we made for any of our kids! Our daughter loves this playhouse and spends hours outside, exploring and playing pretend. It took us 4 hours to assemble and we are very happy with the quality of the materials. Also, the company has a great policy for replacement parts, if needed. Don’t sleep on this one! We are so happy we added this to our yard.

I would give this 5 stars, but the wood is not very high quality — one of the wall panels snapped in half during construction, but I reinforced the area with spare wood pieces drilled in on either side. The kids LOVE ‘cooking’ in the kitchen and it’s truly adorable.

My kids are obsessed with this house. It is study and super cute for my 6 and 3.5 yr old. My husband assembled and it took about 4 hours. Instructions are easy to follow. I do wish there was a curtain on the open bench side but I can always improvise and make one.

My toddler is thrilled, she loves the fully functional doors that close well and it is really sweet. My only gripe is that the plastic kitchen parts feel pretty inferior to the rest of the quality. I wish I hadn’t installed those parts as they look cheap and the faucet comes off easily in my toddlers hands.

Excellent overall. Top side window and door pieces are weak and one was broken on delivery. We improvised and glued plus cut supports for both sides. Directions easy to follow, pre drilled pieces easy to assemble. Took two couple hour sessions to build – best if two people.

The playhouse is adorable. Our granddaughter loves it. Only disappointment was one Of the pieces of wood was split. It was a small piece so my husband was able to replace with a piece of wood we had. Other than that we love it. Took better part of day to put together, but it’s solid wood and hope it lasts for years.

Easy to build. Had a broken part but Costco customer service was able to get a replacement out to us via the seller in couple of days. My daughter loves it.

Our grandsons love it! The quality of this precious playhouse is excellent. Looks great in the backyard. Construction is a bit complicated but directions are fairly easy to follow, with parts clearly marked. Highly recommend.

My daughter bought this for my granddaughter and she loves it. The instruction were well put together and a grandpa pace, it took me approx 6 hours to put it together. The kit missed a few holes for the roof truss fasteners and some ”S15” screws needed to attach the roof to the truss. Otherwise it went very smoothly. To enhance it, i added inside door knobs and wireless door bell with 2 buttons… a bit overboard but my granddaughter loves them.😀. Next some lights!

This playhouse is mostly great. The screws for the handles on the outside aren’t long enough and ended up stripping the handle, we had to epoxy them on. I like the bench that can switch to each side.

Clear and concise instructions. Sturdy and durable material. Is it perfect? No. But nothing is perfect. Take your time and have a little patience and you should be just fine. The instructions are easy to follow. I do recommend that you build this on site. If you do not and you have to move the pieces to your permanent location it may take planning and someone’s help. The doors did not close perfectly and took some adjusting but this is not a real house folks so lets not get crazy if the doors are not perfect. After your kids slam these a few times and jump off the roof nothing is going to work like new. Overall I would recommend it and would buy it again if I had more grandkids.
